Education Week 2011
NSW Public Schools – creating the future

Education Week in Riverina Region
Tumut Public School Open Day

Tumut Public School community open day was a huge success with many ex-pupils and residents of Tumut taking the time to visit the newly constructed and refurbished facilities. Principal Mrs Donna Reeves was overwhelmed by the interest and comments from the community and the wonderful support from the parent body. Thanks to the dedicated and progressive staff members, the school has done exceptionally well in creating a workplace and learning environment that portrays a feeling of calmness, yet is highly engaging for all students and gives all children the opportunity to succeed. The students enjoyed showing visitors around the school which looks magnificent with beautiful gardens and outstanding classrooms full of displays.
