The Connected Learning Awards provide students with an opportunity to create a unique website for their school.

The program promotes valuable skills, including:

  • Use of information and communication technologies for information purposes
  • An awareness of computer-based technologies
  • Confidence to explore, adapt and shape their technological skills

This is an annual competition open to all NSW Government schools with the winner being announced at a special awards ceremony. In the past, more than 150 schools have developed websites as part of the Connected Learning Awards.
Sponsor rights and benefits include:

  • Branding on all collateral materials including posters, flyers, letterhead
  • Profile on the NSW Dept. Education & Training website
  • Ability to showcase technology as part of the awards process
  • Participation in the awards ceremony
