It is for all students in Years 3 and 5. It consists of two tasks, a factual writing task and a literary task. The completed tasks are marked according to the structure of the student's writing as well as their grammar, spelling and punctuation. Writing Assessment Results Teachers can use the information provided by this test to adjust their teaching strategies and programs to meet the individual needs of their students.
