This web site has been updated for entry to selective high schools in Year 7 in 2011.
Application information and forms are available for parents of government primary school students from their current primary school.
For parents of non-government primary students, some non-government primary schools will have application packages or they may be obtained from any selective high school, NSW Department of Education and Training state offices at Bridge Street, Bankstown or Blacktown or school education group offices across NSW. You should obtain an application package from one of these places.
The commercially printed version of the form should be used as the forms are electronically scanned when processed. Each form features a unique student number. The form is not available for download on the Internet.
