In Personal Development, Health, Physical Education (PDHPE) K-6 students learn to understand, value and lead healthy, active and fulfilling lifestyles. They learn about:

  • active lifestyle
  • dance
  • games and sports
  • growth and development
  • gymnastics
  • interpersonal relationships
  • personal health choices
  • safe living
