The following support is available to assist teachers in NSW Government schools to implement drug education strategies for culturally diverse classrooms:

  • Drug education consultants are located throughout the state. They can assist schools in the planning, implementation and evaluation of drug education, provide policy advice, assist with curriculum support materials, and provide up-to-date information on resources.
  • ESL/multicultural consultants and community information officers may be available. Contact your Region for the names and contact details of your local ESL/multicultural consultants and community information officers.
