Get set for another eco-mystery game when Murder under the Microscope launches its latest case - Shockwave on the shoreline!

Murder under the Microscope (MuM) is an online, interactive environmental investigation game for school students in Years 5 to 10. It will run for approximately 10 weeks in Term 2, (May-July) 2010. MuM supports the learning content for NSW Stage 3 science and technology, HSIE, Stages 4 and 5 science and geography syllabuses.

The aims of MuM are to:

  • build students' understanding of environmental issues
  • foster awareness of the impact of human activity on the environment
  • promote appreciation of the need for sustainable practices in production, work and life activities.

 
Murder under the Microscope 2010

Registration is now open and closes 24 May 2010. From 3 May 2010 the catchment headquarters website will be live and clues will be posted in the following weeks. The cost of registration per team is $77, via credit card, EFT or cheque.

Once you have entered your details on the secure website and the payment is received by catchment headquarters, you will be emailed confirmation with a badge ID and teacher password.
