James O'Loghlin
James O'Loghlin has been the host of 'The New Inventors' since it began in 2004. He is also the host of 'Sunday evenings with James O'Loghlin' nationally on ABC Local radio. From 2002 to 2006 he hosted 'The Evening Show' on 702 ABC Sydney and ABC Local Radio around NSW and the ACT.
James began doing stand-up comedy in 1990 and has performed thousands of times around Australia, and once overseas, in Berlin. He has been a guest on many TV shows, including 'Good News Week', 'The Glasshouse', 'Rove Live', 'First Tuesday Book Club' and 'Sunrise.'
Other TV shows he has hosted are 'O'Loghlin on Saturday Night' (ABC-TV), 'Inside the Arena' (Foxtel) and 'People Dimensions (ABC-TV)
James used to be a commercial lawyer, and then a criminal lawyer, but that was a while ago now.
He is the author of 'Umm...a Complete Guide to Public Speaking', and he teaches and coaches public speaking. In 2009 his next book, 'How to Balance your Life', will be published. James also MC's and moderates lots of things.
