The Endeavour Language Teacher Fellowships (ELTF) are an Australian 
Government initiative for
trainee language teachers to improve their language and cultural 
skills through an intensive
short-term study programme.  The Asia Education Foundation (AEF) 
manages the ELTF on behalf of
the Australian Government Department of Education, Science and Training (DEST).
