indonesian_open NSW - new prescribed texts for Extension and Background Speaker courses

NSW schools should now have received the documents from the Board of
Studies for consultation on the proposed prescribed texts for Extension
and Background Speakers Indonesian. Feedback is due by March 9 so hunt
the surveys out in your school and send in your response. You will also
need to find copies of the proposed texts. The documents contain details
of suggested contacts (eg Melissa Gould-Drakeley and Yvonne Crofts) who
may be able to assist you in this search!

 

The proposed extracts for study are listed in the consultation survey.
Hopefully many teachers will be able to give feedback about the
language, the relationship to the prescribed issues and the extent to
which it allows opportunities for critical evaluation and analysis.
