indonesian_open NSW Indonesian HSC Extension teachers are you interested in participating?

Hello from Karen Anstis at the Open High School,

At present nothing definite has been arranged as I am
looking for feedback from teachers.  With the
assistance of Siobhan at the Consulate in Maroubra,
Indonesian HSC Extension students and teachers will be
invited to attend the consulate one afternoon.  The
purpose would be to interview, or just to hear from,
two Indonesian speakers about their recent experiences
in village Indonesia.  We may branch into other areas
of the extension course as well.

In regard to dates, at present I have suggested an
afternoon during the last two weeks of this first term
between 2 and 4 pm.  In fact the earlier dates of
Thursday 16th or Friday 17th March may suit more
people, or it could be better to wait until second
term.

Once a date has been decided I will ask participants
to suggest questions they would like the speakers to
answer and we will give the speakers this list well
beforehand, so they know what we want to hear about.

If you are interested please let me know re dates and
times which would suit you and do make any suggestions
regarding the proposed program.
