Applications Extended
Endeavour Language Teacher Fellowships for trainee language teachers

Applications for the 2009 ELTF Program for trainee teachers have been
extended.  
Applications will now be accepted until Friday 4 July (two weeks). 

(Please note that applications for practising language teachers are
already closed.)

Given that many universities have at various times been in the midst of
end of semester assignments, exams, and holidays, we hope that this will
give as many the opportunity to apply for ELTF Awards as possible.

The Endeavour Language Teacher Fellowships (ELTF) are an Australian
Government initiative which offer practising and trainee (pre-service)
language teachers an opportunity to improve their language proficiency
and cultural knowledge through an intensive, short-term study program.

In 2009, programs will be offered for trainee teachers of Arabic,
Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Bahasa Indonesia in Jordan, China, Japan,
Korea and Darwin respectively.
