2020 Schools: Engage with Asia DVD

Hear the Hon Julia Gillard, Mick Keelty, Sharon Burrow, George Negus and
a range Australian identities from a cross section of Australian society
speak about why schools need to engage our students with Asia.

2020 Schools: Engage with Asia is a compelling new 14 minute DVD from
the AEF designed for use by school leaders, teachers and school
communities. It includes contributions from leading Australians who
discuss both the rationale and imperative for study about Asia in
Australian schools. Principals, teachers and students describe how best
practice engagement with Asia occurs in their schools.

The DVD can be used as a professional learning tool for educators and to
engage parents, the wider community and students with the importance of
developing Asia related knowledge, skills and understandings.

Free copies are available from the AEF. Contact Supreya Blyth on 03 8344
