[Readiscover07_rap] Rap Pt 1 message from the coordinator

Hi Everyone,
This week we really start our studies of 3 brilliant Book Week books. There are four Rap Sheets to help you get the most out of Home. 

1. Seeing the environment through different eyes
2. Your own action word bank
3. Y chart ideas about the built environment
4. Label a diagram with descriptive language 
You do not need to use them all.

You may like to email 1 or 2 completed Rap Sheets for us to include in the Rap Gallery.

Welcome also to 6 classes from Blacktown South Public School who have just joined us.

Here is Rap Point 1.
Give 3 examples of the first impressions that your class had of Home by Narelle Oliver, without the illustrations.
How did your ideas change once you saw the story as a whole?
In 2 or 3 paragraphs, write about one aspect of the story from the falcon's point of view.
