Create your own humorous page or short story based on Egg drop

Rap sheet 4 for Rap point 1It’s easy!
Step 1: Draw a simple egg.
Step 2: Add 2 legs.
Step 3: Add 2 eyes.
Step 4: Think of a silly activity for an egg.
Step 5: Draw a funny picture that features Egg.
Step 6: Add written text on the page or in a speech bubble.
Step 7: Share your creation with the class.
Step 8: Send it to the rap to share with other rappers. Ask your teacher to email your cartoon to the Rap Coordinator Cath.Keane and it will be posted to the Picture gallery.

A few silly ideas to get you started:

  • Have you thought about Egg entering a swimming race?
  • What about Egg climbing Mt Kosciuszko or entering a downhill skiing race?
  • Just imagine Egg joining the fire brigade.Rap sheet 4 for Rap point 1
  • Maybe Egg wants to join the Australian soccer team. Just imagine Egg heading the ball! How eggscruciating!
  • Like Mini Grey, you may wish to use collage to create your story.

When you have finished:

  • Share your work with your class.Rap sheet 4 for Rap point 1
  • Scan it to create a PowerPoint presentation.
  • Send it to the rap to share it with other rappers. Ask your teacher to email it to the Rap Coordinator, Cath.Keane and it will be posted to the Picture gallery.
