Karningul School caters for students in years 5 - 8, with severe behaviour problems. Students attending Karningul School have a documented pattern of behavioural difficulties, which despite intensive interventions over an extended period of time, have not been effectively resolved. A primary aim of the school is to assist students in their successful return to their referring school. The school provides students with the opportunity to learn new skills in a smaller and highly structured environment. Our programs focus on positive interactions, through developing and implementing innovative, appropriate and relevant curricula based on current educational research.
