In 4L at Blacktown West we listed local changes in a document on the
computer, creating sub-headings and using bullet points for our ideas.
Changes At Our School:
• New students and teachers
• Cleaner playground
• Some new air-conditioners
• New security fence
• Music played in the playground at lunch time
• Trees cut down
Changes Near Our Homes:
• New neighbours
• Trees cut down
• Some parks have gone
• Houses knocked down and replaced by townhouses
• New road
• New equipment in the park
• Houses painted
• New driveways
Changes In Blacktown:
• New Westpoint shopping centre
• Bigger car park
• Townhouses near station
• More take-away shops
• New library
• Blacktown Hoyts
