We saw lots of changes in the old photos especially the blackboards and
wooden tables and chairs the children sat on. We had some demountable
buildings on the back fence where we now have a demaountable classroom and
library but they face a different way. We laughed a lot at some photos
because of the clothes and hair styles but decided the way our school looks
now is much more environmentally friendly, welcoming and cooler! At our
school we have a gardening club to look after our award winning gardens at
lunchtimes. We also do recylcing every week and have light monitors so we
don't forget to turn the lights off when we leave the room.
We are going to spend some more time looking at the old photos because there
is so much to see and talk about.
