Here we are at Rap Point 3! If you haven't completed Rap Point 2, please keep working on it. We look forward to reading your group's response to one of the themes of change and the creative ways you may choose to post your interpretation.
Over the past two weeks we have been looking closely at Jeannie Baker's characters in 'Belonging', who gradually made positive environmental changes to their neighbourhood. We have used this book as a spring board for us to look at our environment, explore the changes that have taken place over time and investigate the ways we care for our special place.
If Jeannie Baker was to continue her text 'Belonging', what do you think the next change could be?
From your investigations, how does your local area live in harmony with the environment?
List some of your group's suggestions for the ways people in your local area can continue to improve your local surroundings.
