G'day rappers- this is what 6m Hillbillies thought of
"The Fox"
(a)
Australia because , of the rich colours in the
illistrations which resemble the variety of landscapes
to be found in Australia, from the green bushes to the
rocky red deserts. Also there was a magpie which are
native to Australia.
(B)
Ron Brooks has used a variety of 2d shapes , it gives
the feeling that a child may have illistrated the
story.
The pictures use a scribbly technique, which
reflects a lot of the vegetation in many landscapes,
such as spinifex, salt bush, eucalypts etc.
(c)
The book deals with issues of loyalty and friendship,
which we find relevant because of our relationships
with others including family and friends.
The book also deals with issues reating to trust and
strangers , wich has relevants to all school aged
children, regardless of where they live.
The book deals with issues such as envy which all of
us experience, it all promotes the idea of being
content of what you have in life.
