Yo Rappers!
This is our first book rap and we are very excited
about joining. We are in Year 5 at Camden P.S. . Our
teacher is Mrs Murphy and our library teacher is Mrs
Wilson (they are both great!). Our school is made up
of about 461 children. In 1999 our school celebrated
its 150th birthday. It was called a sesquicentary.
We have a hearing impaired class and an IM class. In
our class we learn most subjects such as English,
Language, Science and H.S.I.E. We also go to different
classes for Maths. Our uniform is light blue and dark
blue. We have PSSA sports and sports at school such as
netball, newconball, touch football, cricket and
A.F.L.
We have a new principal this year, Mr Hagan. We have
participated in the School Spectacular for many year
now, the Pacific School Games at the Super Dome and
the Torch Relay at Campbelltown.
It's time for our school fete which we think is aways
the best school fete in Camden. We are very busy
organising the fete and every class is in charge of
doing something for it. Our class is making a craft
stall. We also have showbags, rides, dancing and
lollies. It's really fun.
We have a 'celebrity' in our class who is related to
Ian Thorpe and Ricky Ponting.
