Hello fellow rappers?.
We are 6M from Glendenning Public School in New South Wales, a place where
we grow and learn together. That is the Glendenning Public School motto.
Well, for a starter our suburb is in Blacktown and is a multicultural place.
That is what makes our town, and especially our school one of a kind!!! ?Students
in Year 6 have a responsibility of doing a thing called ?Play Ground Pals?.
By having this Year 6 teaches the younger generation to share, communicate
with one another, to deal with anger and just show them that school is fun
to be in. Most of our town is surrounded by parks, trees and even ponds.
Our town has a National park called Nurrangingy nearby, where families celebrate
weddings, birthdays and for people who just like to go bush walking or exploring.
Our school every year has a BIG fundraiser called?Gala Day?. It?s when kids
from Year 6 have an opportunity to make activities like Hair Spraying, Haunted
House, Bowlarama and many other activities. To help us raise money students
from kindy all the way to Year 5 buy tokens and use them to be able to play
these activities. The reason for this BIG fundraiser is for our Year 6 Farewell!!!
..So you could almost say that our town is unique!!
So Glendenning is looking forward to rap with you again!!
