Hey bookworms,
We chose Mutt Dog because we liked the story line and the illustrations.
Our favourite page was when the family was choosing the name for the dog.
The symbols we decided on were:
- a dogs bowl full of food because it was a symbol of him being a part of
a family.
- a collar because it symbolizes that Mutt dog now belongs to a family.
- the city refuge sign because it is a symbol of him starting a new life.
- a rubbish bin because of his homelessness and his search for food.
- a cardboard box and blanket because they both made up his first
comfortable space.
