bookweek05_rap Rap Pt. 2 response

Hi Rappers,
We thought Jeannie used objects, color and direction in her illustratons...

Jeannie Baker uses lots of objects on the window sill that tells you about Tracy's life and how much time has passed

Jeannie's colours are quite unique with the dark and dull and a concrete feel and the beginning but at the end the colours all light up and more gardens appear.

The way Jeannie uses direction is the window on each page makes you want to look straight out but it also makes you feel like you are in the picture. The paintwork also changes sometimes just a tiny bit in color from page to page.

>From the SHS cool rappers.
