Hi Rappers, Unfortunately we are late with our response to the first rap point. this is the second time we have typed it out!!
The Token we decided from the book Lizze Nonsense was a cross. We made this cross from finding two sticks and binding them together. We think this is something that Mamma Beatrice would keep with her as she is a strong Christian. And even though she never goes to church ( as it is to far away) This cross would be something that would keep her close to god.

We decided that for our token we would do the bouquet of yellow roses mamma Beatrice would have used in the book Lizzie Nonsense. We chose to do this because it could have been something mamma Beatrice might have kept from her wedding to remind her of that special day.

The wheat represents that mama and papa have been married. The wheat is a sign of love and marriage. The wheat is a very good symbol that mama anad papa can keep forever. The wheat reminds them of when they got married, it also reminds them of jesus. The wheat is a very holy symbol. When papa goes away he can look at the wheat and thik of his family. The wheat was outside the church when mama and papa got married. The wheat is very important because it is a symbol of the church.

The snake represents the courage of the mother it also shows that in a crisis the nows what to do and doesen't hesitate so the father doesn't have to worry about his family.

For our token we chose to do the mother and fathers wedding invitation. It will remind them of their wedding and they will never forget when and where they had their wedding.

The token that I chose was a horseshoe and it represents when Papa leaves with his horses. This would help lizzie feel better while Papa is away and the horseshoe is a lucky charm.
