We are 3/4C at Wollondilly Public School. Our class is made up of half Year 3 and half Year 4 students and there are 29 of us altogether. Our school is named after the Wollondilly River and is located in Goulburn. Goulburn is about 150 kms southwest of Sydney and is currently very badly affected by drought. We have level 5 water restrictions in our town. You might have seen news reports on one of our main dams, Pejar dam which is nearly empty.
Last term
we completed an Aboriginal Education unit. We learned many things and one of them was that the Aboriginal language group of our area was the Gundungurra group. If you would like to discover which Aboriginal group your school is located in, please email us and we will consult our Aboriginal language map.
We look forward to rapping with you.
