Hasn’t it been great reading all the Introductions this week?I’m sure we have all enjoyed ‘meeting’ rappers from over 30 classes around Australia. Several schools have more than one class joining the rap,
including: Colyton, Malabar, Sacre Coeur, Sadadeen, St Augustine’s and Shelford Girls Grammar.Blacktown South, and Kororo will have a very busy time with six classes joining the rap at their schools. We are off to a great start!
I am delighted to find we have rappers in four states: Queensland, N.S.W. Victoria, and the Northern Territory. I wonder if you have been able to find these rappers’ locations on your rap
maps?A special welcome to our ‘first time’ rappers – I’m sure you will learn heaps during this Book Rap and have lots of fun.Keep checking your emails each day if you can.
A number of rappers have told us about their different interests, recent areas of study, their different school playground areas and the students in their class. If you missed any of these messages, you can read them on the archives.Go to:
Scroll down to the link: the class email discussion.
If you haven’t sent a message introducing your school and class, we’d love to hear from you.Be sure to tell us your location, so we can mark you on our rap maps.
Meanwhile, this week we get down to work by beginning our work on the short-listed Early Childhood Books with Rap Point 1.Check out the
separate email message with*Rap Point One*in the subject line.We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Happy Rapping
