bookweek06_rap hambledon rap point one

Hi Rappers,

We have been reading Annie's Chair.   Annie's family are an ordinary family. They do the things we do, like playing and fighting and reading and having fun. Some of the words that show they are ordinary are things like when the author says,

Jack can be a pest. "I want to sit in your chair", he teases. "No! Its my chair!" Annie says for the millionth time.

The family pictures show and tell us what they are doing, like when  Annie is sitting on her chair and the text says "No one is allowed on Annie's chair."  Jack is sneaking up on her. Mum is keping an eye on her in case a fight starts maybe. And the pets are there and Dad has got a biscuit for everyone. We decided the pets are part of the family because they help them and join in everything with the family.
