Dear Rappers,   There was alot of discussion in Rap point 1 so we decided to do Rap point (a) this week and part (b) next week.
We read 'Annie's Chair.'  We thought the family was normal but noisy.  Annie yelled at the dog alot.  We know that Annie fought with her brother alot because she had to tell her brother for the 'millionth time,' to stay off her chair when he teased her.  The illustrator showed us that Annie was a selfish, mean girl who wouldn't share her chair.  He showed Annie with an angry face and her arms crossed or her hands on her hips.

We read 'Daddy's Horse.' We thought they were a busy, noisy and happy family.  Every Sunday they had lunch with all their family.  They  were very happy when they found out Mum was having a baby and they told all the family, friends and neighbours.  The illustrator showed us they were a happy, busy family by the picture of the whole family having fun at the Sunday lunch.

We looked at the book 'Annie's Chair.'  The author showed this family to be loud and noisy by telling us how Annie 'roared' at the dog.  Annie always seemed to be fighting with her brother because the author mentions that Annie had to tell him it was her chair for the' milllionth' time. The parents didn't seem to care about the fighting or noise.  We feel in most houses parents would get angry at all the noise. The illustrator shows us that this is a loud and noisy family by the body language. We see Annie with her mouth wide open to show she is shouting.  Annie has a very angry look on her face and her arms are crossed or her hands are on her hips when the dog is sitting on her chair.
