Dear Rappers
This is our thoughts on ‘Daddy’s having a horse’ By Lisa Shanahan and Emma Quay. The family in this story is a loving, caring family because they laugh and talk to each other, share food and play together. We noticed everyone was hugging and close to each other.

The pictures show how much Lachlan loved horses. We noticed a horse in the clouds  and  the sandpit , and he rode a broom horse. The back of the couch was his horse.
Mum, Dad and the children make up the immediate family. This is a ‘typical’ family.
Half of our class has a typical family like this one.
