We investigated Emily's habits of thinking in the story "Emily's Rapunzel Hair".
We believe that Emily is a character who never gives up because she really wants to have long hair like Rapunzel. At the end of the story, Emily's hair is still not as long as Rapunzel's but she can put it in pony tails.
Emily uses her imagination in the chapter where she and Grandma pretend to go on a picnic. The result was that they had fun!
Emily shows that she gets excited and enjoys the world when she sings on the bus with a new friend. The result was that she decided that she liked catching the bus after all.
