bookwk04_rap Bookwko4 Rap point 1

Hello Rappers,
We all wrote stories and have chosen some to share. Can you guess the book and the character?

STORY 1
Doug and Helen were talking about moving. I don't want to move! It's fun here!
It's my last day here. I ran out to the door to say goodbye to all of my friends. Just then Helen called me. We're leaving. Oh no!

At night I tossed and turned and could not get to sleep. The new house is creaky and unfamiliar. I got up to have a walk and as soon as I got outside I could smell my house.

I started walking. I walked and walked and walked! By the time I reached my street I was very tired. I walked past all the familiar things like the park. When I got to my house, I was shocked. All the verandah was gone! What could I do now?

STORY 2
Last week I was playing ball. It came towards my face so I jumped, caught and fell down. On the way home everyone laughed at me, even the bald schitsoo.

When I git home I found that Doug had put my bed in the car along with my food bowl. Next thing I knew he put me in the car, on one of the hot seats! I wish I was out playing with my friends.

Twenty minutes later we arrived at a very old and spooky house. For some reason my owners took me in. It was nice inside but the smell!!!

That night I just could not get to sleep so I went to look for my old home. It was different - no longer there. I was scared so turned around to return to Doug and Helen. It was dawn when I arrived, tired and hungry.

I slept soundly for a long time but just in time to see a school bus stop near our gate. I squeezed under the gate. Some kids with a ball stopped next to me. They seemed friendly. When they started playing ball, I joined in.
