FW: commonwealthgames_rap Introducing Jason Cram

Introducing Jason Cram......

Howdy everyone,

This is Jason Cram. I will be turning 20yrs old on the 21st of July, which
will be the first day that the swim team gets to Germany for our training
camp. I will be over in Manchester at the Commonwealth Games competing in
the 200m Freestyle and the 4x200m Freestyle Relay.

My goal for the Commonwealth Games is, as always, to race the fastest I can,
enjoy what I am doing and make the most of the opportunity that I have. It
is an experience that will only come once so I am going to have fun with it.

I attended 2 Primary schools in Wollongong. They were Russell Vale Public
and later on St. Columkilles. My high school was Holy Spirit College. I
completed Year 12 and my Higher School Certificate in 1999.

>From school I had 1-year break and then started working as a Learn to Swim
instructor at the pool at which I train. I was offered a traineeship at the
start of this year as a Gym Instructor/Personal Trainer and have been
teaching weights programs to school groups that come to the gym for sport.

I moved up to train with Thorpey a year ago. The pool at which I train at
was a half an hour drive away from where I lived. Every morning I woke at
4.00am to drive to training at 4.45am. I have just moved out from home to a
place closer to training.

We train for 2hours in the water, 10 sessions a week. Also on top of that,
we work in the gym for 1hour 3 times a week.

That is just a little info about me and what I do. I am looking forward to
giving you guys the chance to share the experience that I will be having
over at the Commonwealth Games.

Take care all Jason
