commonwealthgames_rap Ganmain Rap #1



We used the Australian student resource book and NSW PSSA records to find
out these 4 facts about our athletes:
1. Michael Diamond first started shooting at 8yrs. He the first gold medal
for Australia
   in 1996-2000 by shooting 147 out 150 targets.
2. We found out these facts about Russell Mark.He was the youngest ever clay
target
winner of the Australian open championships.
3. Browyn Eagle was first Australian to hold every record in Australia. At
the Commonwealth Games in 1998 she throw 69.65m. She was the first ever
women to throw 70m. 
4. Ian Thorpe won the Harold Hardwick Memorial Trophy in 1994 for 100m at 1:
05:35. He was the most outstanding swimmer for the meet in 1994. Ian went to
Milperra PS.
