We all love the double page spread in "Pigeon" where the pigeon goes 'nuts' (as Brad said) and screams LET ME DRIVE THE BUS!! The idea of a 'psycho pigeon' (Lizzie) is very funny. The drawing is quite simple (many of us copied it quite easily) but it shows the pigeon's crazy feelings well - wildly flapping wings, wide open beak, mad swirling eye (Samantha thinks he needs medication!). We have also read The Pigeon Finds a Hot Dog and this has a similar scene.
Brett, Nathan and Shane like the pages in Egg Drop showing how they tried to fix the egg - especially with nails and screws - because the methods are ridiculous and impossible.
Raymond loves a part in Hot Dog where the pigeon excitedly describes the hot dog as 'a celebration in a bun' befor ehe realises that he is being tricked by a sweet-and-innocent-looking duckling.
