Make sure that you are looking closely at the visual and filmic resource sheets that can provide you with the correct technical language to discuss the picture book and Shrek. It will equip you with the metalanguage needed to navigate through English.
The Willoughby girls' comments were lively and perceptive, and the 80 class from Richmond River effectively used the visual language. The Patrician Brothers College made some interesting comments about how Child had made the original fairy tales more exciting.
