We are watching 'Shrek' and we have been asked what our expectations were at
the start.
We thought it was a fairytale because Shrek was reading a book and at the
start it has 'once upon a time...' the story was about a Princess locked up
in the tallest tower in a castle guarded by a dragon and then Prince
Charming saves her and they live happy ever after, Shrek rips out the page
and says like that we ever happen and uses the ripped out page as toilet
paper. He walks out of the toilet and rock and roll music starts playing and
then we knew that it wouldn't be a proper fairytale. Also everyone knows
that a ogre cant be the hero of a fairy tale.
