Dear fellow Rappers

The story contains examples of traditional Aboriginal life such as making the necklace made out of echidna quills & seed pods & gaining information from ancestors (eg: ringing gran on the phone about the quills.)

Flytrap also has examples of modern Australian life such as mum being busy on the computer, Gee & Nancy on the phone & the use of modern Australian Aboriginal language (English).Nancy has a step dad & their relationship is interesting eg: 1-2-3 step dad Gee. Their relationship is typical of many modern Australian families.

Aboriginal people would react positively to these stories. They would be happy about learning more about their culture.

We think that non Aboriginal people will learn from these Dreamtime stories & will enjoy learning about another culture.

Look forward to rapping with you soon Chris & Matthew from 5m.
