flytrap06_rap Rapping along!

Greetings rappers!

Good on the Marvellous Monkey rappers from Caddies Creek who have been working hard on Rap point 2. There have been some interesting ideas from Radheya’s, Kara’s, Simran’s, Chris’s, Jake’s and Sarah’s groups, adding to the ideas already posted.

How are you other rappers going? Feel free to keep sending your questions for Meme too.

We have all been learning a lot about traditional and contemporary Aboriginal culture and stories. Well done! Dreaming stories are included in Flytrap to help us learn about culture, both traditional and modern, in an interesting modern way. Aboriginal people often refer to their stories and beliefs as Dreaming stories because this way of describing them brings together what is traditional as well as the idea that they are also still relevant to Aboriginal people today and have modern meanings too. After all, everyone loves a good story!

Keep enjoying the rap and I look forward to reading more wonderful ideas and questions for Meme. I’m sure Meme will send her answers to your questions soon.

Happy rapping!
