How's the rap going?
Here we go with some
answers:
1. What a good
question. I only read the stories as I'm writing them. After
they're published I've never read one of the books from beginning to end.
I might read sections out for classes, but never the whole book again. I
think I'd fall asleep!
2. My favourite
book is Tim Winton's Cloud Street,
but that's for adults.
3. The best
thing about being an author is hearing from people like you that might have
read the books and got something out of them.
4. I like to publish
books as often as I can. Only trouble is, somtimes it takes me ages to
write a book. Like now, it will be a gap of about 4 years between my last
book and the one coming out in March 2007. That book is called LOVE LIKE
WATER and is for adults. It's taken me 12 years to write!!
5. I love doing
lots of things, including watching the soccer at the moment. Go the
Socceroos!! I love walking in rainforests and being on a sandy beach and
I love music...lots of different music.
