Statement:
We think getting active is to become physically active and to excersise regularly to become fit. It is important to keep physically active and to become fit otherwise you will become lazy and large, but not length-wise. This increases the risk of heart-attacks.
Example:
Try to take on some of these physical activities:
~Running/walking/jogging
~Yoga/pilaties/gymnastics
~Sports e.g:Soccer, Australians Rules Football, Rugby, Basketball, etc. etc.
