It is important to be physically active because
1. So our bodies are fit.
2. So we can fight off illnesses
3. So we can develop our muscles
4. So we don’t become overweight
We came up with the following ideas to increase the fitness at sadadeen
1. One day each week all the students could walk to school
2. At lunchtimes the S.R.C could make up games
3. On the weekend each person would play one team sport
4. On Fridays at lunch we could learn hip hop dancing
