Dear rappers
Yr4/5 at PBPS believe it is important to keep active to stay healthy and fit. We have been lucky to spend Friday morning with the Central Caost Mariners who have shown us some tricky football skills.
Most of us here play a team sport like football or netball and cycling and swimming are amongst our other favourite sports.
As a class we feel we can increase our physical activity by staying active at recess and lunch times and trying our best at morning fitness.
While at home we could benefit by helping our parents around the house with simple jobs like sweeping, raking the lawn, walking the dog and so on.
Bye for now
Yr4/5
