HI Rappers,
We think that physical activity is important for
everyone. You need to do some sort of physical
activity everyday so that you stay fit and healthy.
CHildren that do not do any physical activity are at
risk of being overweight and sick.
Doing physical activity also helps children become
stronger.
The students in our class play several different
sports to keep fit. These include soccer, netball and
tennis.
There are also many other ways that you can keep fit
and healthy.
These include;
* building a cubby house at home,
* keeping a balloon off the ground using only your
hands
* organising and performing a dance routine at school.
