Dear Rappers,

3-4D think that three ways to increase our physical activity levels could be:
1. Learning new games like Newcombe Ball and Slap Hockey,
2. Train for the school cross country more often and
3. Do things that you’ve never done before.

To be physically active is important because it makes you fit and healthy.
It keeps you younger, flexible and strong.
It helps you to be confident and to keep on going. It helps you to persevere.

The benefits of being active include:
1. Walking instead of driving saves petrol, money and also stops pollution and accidents.
2. Physical activity helps you to be a happy person.
3. You feel more energetic and you think well and more clearly.

3-4D has learnt a lot about the Commonwealth Games and the importance of being active.  We have enjoyed reading all the other messages from you and discovered new ideas.

Bye for now,
3-4D
Wollondilly P.S.
