Dear all,
We have chosen the double page spread where Granpa and
his Granddaughter are having a tea party because it is
a beautiful picture of Granpa's garden.
In the picture we see them having icecream at the
teaparty. Granpa is eating icecream while the
granddaughter is serving icecream to the toys.
Most of us think the icecream is not real. Because it
is pretend icecream it is easy for Granpa to be
confused about the flavour (We all pretended to eat
icecream when we were talking about it).
>From reading the book before we know that Granpa says
the words in printing and the Granddaughter says the
words in italics.
