Nimbus Netball
ASPECTS OF SPORT RULES
1. Playing area: The playing area for the Nimbus Netball game is a ractangle court with 2 semi circles at each end, with a round circle in the centre square. There a 3 squares divided into the rectangle.
2. Goal post: It is a long pole with a white net on the top of it for the GA or GS to score in.
3. Teams: There are two teams of 7, with 3 subs each side in this game of nimbus netball
4. Players' equiptment: There is a round ball used to play with and 14 bibs each identifying the players positions. A broomsticks to fly on.
5. Rights and responsibities: A player has the right to go off the court if they are in pain or do not wish to play anymore. Their responsibilities are to follow the rules and to listen to the umpire and coach
6. Positions: GA,WA,GS,WD,C,GD.GK
7. Scoring system: 1 Piont per goal
8. Playing faults:The player is at fault if he or she makes any contact what-so-ever with another team player.
9. Time-outs: The player that makes any contact with another player will be asked to stand aside while the other player has a pass or shot.
10. Role of referee: To make sure that the person with the ball is not moving with it.
