Ron: I stay with them because they are supportive and protective of me.
Hermione: Hmm…I think they need me because they need me as the brains of the group and also because they don’t do their homework (Ron & Harry gasp) and I guess I need them and Ron even spewed up slugs for me…
Audience: Awww…
Harry: All great groups come in threes and…yeah, I can’t name any now…
Rita Skeeter: Who is the real hero of the Chamber of Secrets?
Ron: Harry.
Hermione: Hmm…Harry
Audience: HARRY!
Harry: Well it’s me of course, it’s the FAMOUS HARRY POTTER, not Hermione or Ron. (Ron and Hermione roll eyes) Oh, yes, I suppose they did help, a little bit…(Hermione snorts) Okay! All right…a lot…
Rita Skeeter: So, what happened when Fred turned your teddy bear into a giant spider?
Ron: A giant spider…WHAT? SPIDERS?!…I hate spiders, hate Fred for that…my teddy…my precious…
Audience: my precious?
Rita Skeeter: Hermione, do you feel awkward being the only girl in the group?
Hermione: Umm…well I don’t feel awkward because we are the best of friends and we…well…just don’t notice it.
Rita Skeeter: What were your first thoughts when you went up against the Basilisk?
Harry: Where does it get that hair gel…I mean snake sandwich…Ignore me, I’m hungry! (Ron and Hermione snigger) Umm…I really want to save my friends and be the hero.
Rita Skeeter: What are your plans for the future?
Ron: Chasing dragons like my brother Charlie and finding true love (sideways glance at Hermione).
Audience: OOH! AAH! Someone begins to sing “Love is in the Air”
Hermione: (pretends not to have seen or heard anything) Passing the NEWTs – the Nasty Exhausting Wizarding Tests (groans from Ron and Harry).
Harry: Becoming the Seeker for England (audience cheers, Ron cheers too) and playing in the Quidditch Grand Championships.
