Welcome aboard the Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Rap! This should
be a most exciting experience for us all, especially as students from both
Primary and High Schools will be participating.
My name is Mrs Scheffers and I am the Teacher Librarian at Marayong Public
School. I will be co-ordinating this rap with Ms Mackinnon, who is a teacher
at Barrenjoey High School.
Your first rap task is to post an introductory message to this listserv.
Please include such details as the name of your school, its location, size
and any special features or information that you think would be of interest
to other rappers.
Please send only one message on behalf of your class. (Short messages are
best!). Your introduction may be sent as from Monday 4th November.
Send your Introductory Message and all future class messages to the
following email address:
harrypotter_rap@list.schools.nsw.edu.au
In the subject box, please type a relevant heading such as:
" Introducing <school name> "
(eg. Introducing Class 5T Marayong Public School)
Similarly, with any other future Student Rap messages, please ensure that
you use the subject box to indicate which rap point response you are
posting.
All messages sent to this students' listserv will automatically have the
prefix Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets in the subject line for easy
identification; there is no need for you to type this.
I look forward to reading your introductions and to learning more about you
and your schools!
