Description of item
- Small rectangular plastic ‘Winnie the pooh pencil case’

Current problem
- Owner reports that each times she unzips the pencil case to retrieve a pencil she is confronted with a squirming mass of big, fat, slimy, muddy worms
- This creates a problem in class because she screams uncontrollably and her teachers send her out. When she shows the pencil case to them the worms turn back into pencils.
- The principal of the school conducted an inspection and declared the pencil case perfectly normal
- Dolly has tried to give her pencil case away but it runs away from its new owner and comes back to her where it performs its tricks again
Evaluation
Further investigation into this mysterious pencil case revealed that its previous owner, the witch Prudent Tabitha Nightingale, had bewitched the pencil case to get out of doing a math test.
Recommendation
Send in a fake substitute teacher to confiscate the pencil case and return it to the Ministry of Magic. When the spell has been broken the item should be returned to its owner.
